The petitioner seeks bail in G.O. Case No. 358 of 2019 arising out of Baheri P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, Sections 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Vth-cum-Special Judge (Excise Act), Darbhanga. It is alleged in the written report that 506.25 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from Scorpio vehicle in which petitioner along with two other accused was found sitting.
