JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of nine cases but taking into consideration that co-accused Ram Chandra Tanti, who was caught by the police on the spot with firearms, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and, admittedly, neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S.Case No. 80 of 2014.
