The petitioner seeks bail in Dinara P.S. Case No. 26 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The FIR is registered against unknown after recovery of two dead bodies. Later on the dead bodies of Nilu Nut and Birendra Choudhary were identified. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation, the family members of Nilu Nut disclosed that this petitioner Vakil Choudhary @ Ajit Choudhary along with Munna came and took meal in their house, thereafter Munna, Vakil Choudhary the petitioner and one unknown went on a motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness of the occurrence, except the fact that after recovery of the dead body the family members of the deceased disclosed that Nilu Nut had accompanied the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 26 of 2014.
