2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons killed the daughter of informant and cremated her dead body.
4. It is submitted that informant is not eye-witness of the occurrence and only on suspicion he has been made accused in this case. Thrust of accusation is against co-accused Mukesh Paswan who is husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioner is own brother of co-accused Mukesh Paswan and he is separate in mess and property since 18-20

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case No. 137 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
