2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 244 of 2024 dated 24.12.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 317(4), 317(5), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the recovery of a stolen motorcycle from the possession of co-accused Md. Samir, who revealed before the police that he had purchased the said motorcycle from this petitioner and co-accused Amit Kumar Yadav and except this revealment, there is nothing against this petitioner to connect him to the recovery of the alleged stolen motorcycle. 4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the petitioner's custody period and completion of investigation against him, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 244 of 2024.
