Petitioner was caught by the informant and others while he as well as others were carrying stolen cows and calves but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that he was caught by the informant and others on the basis of suspicion and, as a matter of fact, the so called seized cows and calves do not belong to the informant.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai
