JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 15-05-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 04.10.2017 passed in CWJC No. 2432 of 2016, whereby, the petitioner has been given the liberty to submit a representation to the Director Panchayat Raj, who upon receipt of such representation was directed to consider the same and pass a

2. Opposite party Nos. 1 and 3 have filed a show cause. OP No. 1 is the Director Panchayat Raj. In paragraph No. 6 of the show cause, it has been stated as under:- "6. That it is humbly submitted that pursuant to the direction of this Hon'ble Court, the matter was heard by the answering Opposite Party No. 1 in presence of the Petitioner and the Block Development Officer, Nagarnausa. The Block Development Officer, Nagarnausa informed the answering Opposite Party No. 1 that an amount of Rs. 1,01,643.00 has been sanctioned for admitted dues of payment of the petitioner towards payment of arrear of salary due to 6th Pay Revision and payment has been processed vide Bill No. 66/201920. It is further submitted that appropriate decision for grant of MACP to the Petitioner could be taken in the ensuing meeting of the Committee at Panchayati Raj Department . The Petitioner also admitted that he had received all other admissible payments. With the findings and conclusion the proceeding on the hearing was completed and the decision has been communicated to the Petitioner vide Panchayati Raj

3. On perusal of paragraph No. 6 of the show cause filed by the opposite party Nos. 1 and 3, I find that the order dated 04.10.2017 passed in CWJC No. 2432 of 2016 has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed off.
