In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is to have assaulted the son of the informant by iron rod and butt of revolver causing head injury, as a result of which, his son became unconscious and he has been brought to the hospital. Petitioner no.1 has also criminal antecedent in similar nature. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31150 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
