The only allegation against the petitioner is that he threatened and demanded Rs 5/- lakhs from the informant and also pressurized him not to depose in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case no. 183/2013. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but it is admitted position that the petitioner and the informant are somehow related to each other and prior to lodging present case, wife of the petitioner had filed complaint case against the informant and others. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case no. 12/2014
