JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 This application is for modification of the order dated 08.11.2017 passed in Cr.WJ.C. No.2077 of 2017 to the extent that instead of Bank Guarantee of Rs.4,00000/- immovable property of the same valuation be ordered to be put before the authority as surety for release of the vehicle.

By supplementary affidavit the petitioner has stated that he is only issue of the parents. Parents are already dead. Hence, the property has been inherited by the petitioner and petitioner would produce land possession certificate before the authority.

In view of the submission aforesaid and for substantial justice, the aforesaid order stands modified to the extent that the petitioner would be at liberty to produce document of immovable property of the equal value and thereafter the

Patna High Court MJC No.2843 of 2018 (5) dt.31-10-2018 P2/ authority shall release the vehicle bearing Registration No.JH01B/3225. Accordingly, the application stands allowed.
