2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 323, 370, 372, 373 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3, 4,5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Immoral Trafficking Act and section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. Petitioner is alleged to be involved in flesh trade.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. He is in custody since 9.6.2025 and charge sheet has already been submitted. Charge sheet has already been filed.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
