2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 03 of 2026 instituted for the offences under Section 8, 20(b)(ii)(c), 25, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(i), 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation is that three persons were arrested and on their information from the house of Rishab Singh huge quantity of ganja, cash of Rs. 7,77,105/- and even arms were recovered.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, recovery of fire arms and petitioner being in custody since 30.08.2025, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application.
