Petitioners seek bail in a case under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the deceased alleges that Nitesh Kumar, husband of the deceased and other family members threatened and killed his daughter due to nonfulfilment of demand of dowry.
It appears that the petitioners are father-in-law, brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation of demand of dowry and threat is made against the petitioners.
Considering the facts that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased, they are, named above, directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No.138 of 2014.
