Patna High Court LPA No.2005 of 2015(4) dt.03-10-2017 2/2 Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal, East Champaran, Motihari, to set aside the appointment on the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra, to be invalid, in view of the Full Bench's decision, rendered in the case of Kalpana Rani vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., reported in 2014 (2) PLJR 665, is correct position in law to take.
Therefore, the present appeal has no merit. It is dismissed, accordingly.
