The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 276 of 2015 registered for offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. There is allegation that two country made pistols have been recovered from the Ghosala of the house of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is land dispute between the parties and petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that one case is pending against the petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8770 of 2016 (2) dt.15-03-2016 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Hare Ram, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna, in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 276 of 2015, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioners who will file an affidavit to this effect one case is pending against the petitioners under the Arms Act.
