JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 In view of order dated 22.02.2023 a supplementary counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 5, the District Education Officer, Lakhisarai has been filed and the same is kept on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that as per order dated 22.02.2023, appropriate action shall be taken against the Block Development Officer (Respondent No.7), Suryagarha by the District Programme Officer, Lakhisarai (Respondent No.6).

Insofar as non joining of the petitioner is concerned,

In view of the fact that joining of the petitioner has been accepted on 16.03.2023, this writ application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is disposed of as infructuous. The personal appearance of Block Development Officer, Suryagarha (Respondent No.7), who is present in the Court pursuant to order dated 22.02.2023, is hereby dispensed with.
