The present modification application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.01.2022, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.29245 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No.38 of 2021 in terms of the order dated 18.01.2022, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.29245 of 2021, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2000/- to be deposited by the petitioner in Victim

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33447 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 Compensation Fund.

The order dated 18.01.2022, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.29245 of 2021 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
