Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi O.P.) P.S.Case No.329 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law. Case is of dowry death and the death of the deceased is due to throttling. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and she is a lady and ready to abide by any condition imposed upon her.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.35674 of 2019(4) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the learned court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order in the learned court below, and on surrender he shall be be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri A.K. Bhan, ACJM, Sasaram, District Rohtas in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi O.P.) P.S.Case No.329 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
