Taking into consideration that victim has already recovered and made her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C in which she has stated names of the petitioners in respect of offence of kidnapping only and allegation of rape is against co-accused Lalji Soren, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Bousi P.S. Case no. 28/2013.
