Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order dated 15.12.2017 passed in MJC No. 2172 of 2014 has been complied.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there of some mistake in the calculation of PF contribution amount of the petitioner.

Petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Employees

Patna High Court MJC No.628 of 2018(4) dt.11-08-2022 2/2 Provident Fund Office, Patna within four weeks from today. If such a representation is filed by the petitioner before the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Employees Provident Fund Office, Patna, he will consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law at the earliest. Thereafter if the petitioner has some grievance, he may file a fresh writ application. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is dismissed.
