After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the writ application in order to pursue the authorities of the Education Department to consider the case for grant of recognition, as the students passed the training examination from Khwaja Sahid Hussain, Primary

Patna High Court CWJC No.13010 of 2017(4) dt.08-04-2021 2/2 Teacher Training College, Nista Katihar in academic Session 1993-95 and vide letter no. 240 dated 25.04.2014, the respondents have granted recognition to the students, who passed training from the institution, in question, in different academic Sessions.

In view of the above, the writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the remedy before the respondent authorities of the Education Department.

It goes without saying that the concerned respondent authorities will appropriately decide the case of the petitioners at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) uday/- U
