Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.C 1141 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 354B, 452 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Complaint petition discloses the allegation that the petitioner and other accused persons entered inside the house of the complainant and abused & assaulted as well as committed theft of some articles.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31550 of 2019(3) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 that the petitioner is Gotani of the complainant. There is land dispute between the parties and the complaint petition itself shows that no serious injury was caused to the complainant. Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the O.P.no.2-complainant..

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Tr. No.55 of 2019 arising out of Complaint Case No.C 1141 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
