JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but it appears that he was caught in Turkaulia P.S. Case No.379 of 2014 in which made confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present case. Admittedly, the looted motorcycle of the present case has not been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him in the present case.
Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7840 of 2016 (2) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatiya (Sirisiya O.P.) P.S. Case No.172 of 2014. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.H./- U T
