ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.112 of 2018 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 504, 506, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the informant are agnates and there is a case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34043 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 and counter case between the parties with injuries on both sides. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that no specific role has been attributed to the present petitioners. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, District-Gaya, in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.112 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
