2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/118(1)/109/352/303(2) /3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The allegation in the first information report is that while the informant was going for unloading brick, the petitioner in association of other co-accused assaulted him by means of lathi and danda.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be evident from the F.I.R. itself that there is specific allegation of assault by means of knife upon three co-accused persons, Dharmendra Gupta @ Dharmendra Krantikari, Sanjiv Kumar @ Sonu and Guddu Kumar, while the allegation upon this petitioner is of assaulting by means of lathi and danda,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32780 of 2025(6) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 which appears to be general and omnibus in nature. Further, the doctor, who has treated the informant, has kept reserved his opinion and the injury of one Saurav Suman is simple in nature.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that the injury attributed to the petitioner is simple in nature, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Maghopur P.S. Case No.27 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S.
