According to prosecution case itself, the so-called nexlite namely, Paramjeet Rai was neither arrested from house of the petitioners nor any incriminating article was recovered from there. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and are languishing in jail custody since 27-12-2015. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amba P.S.
