This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nautan P.S. Case No. 362 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 384 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he and his father have cheated an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- from the informant. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
