JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner was disclosed by co-accused Md. Ishteyaq who was caught on the spot and the aforesaid coaccused Inshteyaq was granted privilege of bail by learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge, but even then the learned court below rejected the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.
