The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2017 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 323/147/498A/379/452/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is frivolous as the petitioner was outside the country at the relevant point of time. He further submits that the petitioner is elder brother-in-law and has nothing to do with the family as he is living abroad.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court
