1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner, as such, the allegation of assault is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that during the course of investigation, it transpired that the injured was assaulted by Sudama Yadav.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is a woman, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bailbonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P. S. Case No.38 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. The application stands allowed.
