JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 In view of the fact that the respondents had issued order dated 26.07.2014, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are required to implement their own order dated 26.07.2014 which has not been implemented as yet.
In case the respondents have not implemented their own order dated 26.07.2014, as contained in Annexure-8, they are required to implement the same at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from today.
Since, the petitioner has superannuated, the respondents are required to work out the entitlement of the petitioner in terms of Annexure-8 at the earliest and grant consequential benefits within the time frame indicated hereinabove.
