The petitioner is accused in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 204 of 2010 registered under Sections 8, 20B, 22 and 20 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 pending in the Court of 2nd Addl. Dist. Sessions Judge, Ara, Bhojpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order 01.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27980 of 2013 by this Court and he is in custody since 16.06.2013.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9101 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to re-consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
