2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 682 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29 of the NDPS Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that altogether 995 gms of Kota/Smack was recovered from a secluded place where the petitioner along with others were sitting.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that nothing has been

It has also been submitted that co-accused having similar nature of allegation has been granted bail by the learned Co-ordinate Bench vide Cr. Misc. Case No. 12368 of 2025. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. He is having no criminal antecedent. He is in judicial custody since 28.10.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 682 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur.
