The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.
Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner committed the murder of the niece of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 9.6.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. The witnesses in paragraphs 9, 10 and 33 of the case diary made allegation against the husband of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sanjay Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S. case No.38 of 2016 (G.R.
