JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 10.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 54940 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one country-made pistol and four cartridges from his possession, apart from that he is accused in two other cases. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that now he has remained in custody for more than one and a half years and charge has been framed in this case and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44262 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-II, Naugachiya, District Bhagalpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 92 of 2018, arising out of Parbatta P.S.Case No. 91 of 2017, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and petitioner has to co-operate in the disposal of trial and appear in court as and when required, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
