Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.10681 of 2017 and analogous cases on 26.07.2022.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the benefits conferred upon the petitioner on account of promotion granted in the BA trained scale is not admissible in view of the Finance Department's resolution no.603 dated 21/01/2010.
