Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to be main assailant, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara stands rejected.
