2. The General Manager, B.S.F.C., who is present in the Court has undertaken that all the admissible dues payable to the petitioner will be paid to the petitioner strictly within two

Patna High Court CWJC No.11637 of 2018(7) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 weeks. It has been informed that account number of the petitioner is not available with the General Manager. The same is expected from the petitioner to be provided in course of the day.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that petitioner will cooperate with the General Manager and he will provide the account number of the petitioner to the General Manager just after the order is passed.

4. It is expected from the General Manager, B.S.F.C. that he must see that no further litigation is caused for any reason so far as the present petitioner is concerned.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
