Learned Counsel for the Bank submits that the petitioner has already approached the D.R.T., Patna, in S. A. No. 355 of 2022, being aggrieved by the demand notice issued by the Bank on 29.11.2022, and by order, dated 14.03.2023, the D.R.T., Patna, has granted stay of the confirmation of the sale, which was scheduled on 13.04.2023, and was subsequently extended for 30.05.2023. He further submits that on 30.05.2023, nobody had turned up in the auction and, up-till now, the fresh date of auction has not been fixed.
