The petitioner seeks bail in Paharpur P.S.

Case No. 16 of 2014 registered under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The brother of the deceased alleged that his sister was married with Ramayodhaya Prasad but after marriage her husband, mother-in-law and father-in-law were demanding money. One day he came to know about the missing of Meera Devi and upon search he could not find his sister.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law and she has got no concern

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3991 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 with the family affairs of her son and deceased. Father-inlaw has already been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 23212 of 2014 .

Having considered the fact that petitioner is mother-in-law and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri R.K. Rajak, J.M. Ist Class, Sadar Motihari , East Champaran in Paharpur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2014. .
