The petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that a truck loaded with wheat was robbed.
Though the name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation but there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I.P. Statement to that effect has been made in para 12 and 13 of the petition. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.5566 of 2015 (02) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 227 of 2014.
