2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he fired gunshot on one Himanshu with his weapon.
4. The I.O. of the present case is personally present in the Court with the case diary. The I.O. has not received the injury report, but on the basis of the statement of witnesses the case was found true against the petitioner. The I.O. has demanded injury report by letter dated 01.04.2023 and 26.06.2023, but has not received injury report till date, investigation is going on.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 51 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
