54 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 24.06.2020. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 5 1⁄2 months for recovery of 54 litres of liquor. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District
