JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2022 The present modification petition has been filed seeking correction of the name of the father of the petitioner, which has been mentioned in the original petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 64922 of 2021 as "Parshuram Singh", which according to the petitioner should have been "Brajbhan Singh @ Brajbhanu Singh".

It is submitted that on account of typographical mistake in the main bail petition, the aforesaid error has crept in the order dated 09.06.2022, hence, the same be directed to be corrected.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the averments made in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34135 of 2022(2) dt.07-07-2022 2/2 present petition, it is directed that the name of the father of the petitioner, in the order dated 09.06.2022, be read as "Brajbhan Singh @ Brajbhanu Singh".

The present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 09.06.2022. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Tiwary/- U
