2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354(B), 308, 436, 504 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his family members in which they sustained injuries. It is further submitted that informant's house was set on fire and his erickshaw was put into dig by the accused persons.

4. It is submitted that that specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused namely, Rohit Kumar. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38942 of 2023(3) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 allegation of assault against him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C. J . M., Begusarai, in connection with Mussafil P.S. Case No 677 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
