One country made loaded Katta is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with three others assembled to make preparation for committing the crime. Seized motorcycle appears to be of the petitioner and for recovery of the aforesaid firearm, petitioner is in jail custody since 11.1.2016.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
