This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) Police Station Case No. 92 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

In view of the absence of any evidence connecting the petitioner with the crime, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Excise
