Mr. Devendra Kumar Sinha has confined his prayer to the effect that the writ petition may be disposed of with direction to the University to consider the case of the petitioner and take appropriate decision and grant the pay-scale to which the petitioner is entitled after verification of the record.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21545 of 2014(2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent-University to take appropriate decision on verification of the record and grant the pay-scale which is admissible to the petitioner as per his status admitted by the University.

Final decision in this regard with all consequential benefits shall be taken by the respondent-University within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
