JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03/ 29-04-2015 The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is one of the assailants of the victim. Petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2010. Though, it is submitted that the charges have already been framed, but the report of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II, Barh suggests that the prosecution has concluded argument and only the defence has to make the argument.

Considering the present stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to interfere. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
