Heard both sides.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name figured during the course of investigation and he is in jail since 10.5.2013, i.e. more than one and half years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, II, Aurangabad in connection with Sessions Trial No.58 of 2013 arising out of Aurangabad Town P.S.Case No.135 of 2003.
